community self defense classes

Interested in self-defense? Want to get your mind and body in better shape? Have the desire to protect yourself and others?  Then come and learn self-defense with other like-minded people.

These classes will teach you the introductory points of Kung Fu, as well as important pointers from Tae Known Do and Judo. You’ll learn how to throw and take a punch. Strong stances. New workout routines. Ways to actively practice and incorporate martial arts into your life. Or just how to defend yourself.
